Cancellation Policy

Once payment has been accepted for a participant on any of our courses the cancellation details are listed below.

    • If booking for another day, no other payment will be required.
    • If cancellation is confirmed 48 hours before the course starts, no cancellation fee will occur and full payment will be refunded.
    • If cancellation is confirmed 24 hours before course starts, half the course payment will be charged to the participant/client.
    • If no cancellation has been given and the participant/client does not attend the training then the full payment fee for the course will be charged to the participant/client.
    • If the participant/client can issue proof of medical condition or illness (Doctors Certificate etc) then full refund will be given for any non attendance of training.
