Cancellation Policy
Once payment has been accepted for a participant on any of our courses
the cancellation details are listed below.

If booking for another day, no other payment will
be required.

If cancellation is confirmed 48 hours before the
course starts, no cancellation fee will occur and full payment will
be refunded.

If cancellation is confirmed 24 hours before course
starts, half the course payment will be charged to the participant/client.

If no cancellation has been given and the participant/client
does not attend the training then the full payment fee for the course
will be charged to the participant/client.

If the participant/client can issue proof of medical
condition or illness (Doctors Certificate etc) then full refund
will be given for any non attendance of training.
NB: “If we cannot get in contact with you
to confirm your booking, we reserve the right to give your position
to someone else
